Alva House is a small but very friendly guest house and your hosts are Alan and Avril , who will go out of their way to make your stay in Edinburgh a memory to treasure. The house is a recently renovated large bungalow and all guest rooms are situated on the 1st floor level. You also have access to the sun trap conservatory and the residents lounge. The house is on a main bus route ( 24 hours a day) and all the events of the Festival can be reached in about 15-20 minutes.. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and transfers are available by prior arrangement. Parking at the house is available and is free 24 hours a day

Dalmore Lodge is a 5 bedroom Victorian terraced villa run by Iain Macnab and Dot Scott. We have four en-suite rooms and one room with its own private shower/toilet. We have one superior double room, one triple room (double & single bed), two twin rooms and a quadruple room which has a double bed, single bed and we can put up a further single bed. Dalmore is ideally located on the main route into Edinburgh from the airport. We are 7 minutes from Princes Street by bus, directly opposite Edinburgh Zoo and within walking distance of Murrayfield Rugby Stadium. ARRIVAL TIME TO BE PROVIDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
